User Conduct

Businesses and gig workers must use our service in a lawful and ethical manner.
Businesses and gig workers must provide accurate and truthful information when using our service.
Businesses and gig workers must not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior when using our service.

Shift Attendance

As a gig worker on our platform, you are expected to fulfill your commitments and show up for all scheduled shifts at the designated time and location. Failing to attend a shift without prior notice or a valid reason is a serious violation of our Terms of Service and may lead to disciplinary action.

Protection of Intellectual Property

While using our platform, you may have access to confidential information and intellectual property belonging to the Company or our clients. You must not engage in any actions that could compromise, destroy, or steal such intellectual property. Any infringement on intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal consequences.

Shift Completion

Once you have accepted a shift, you are obligated to complete it fully without leaving or abandoning it early unless you have a justifiable cause. If you encounter an emergency or unavoidable circumstances that prevent you from fulfilling the shift, you must notify the relevant parties promptly and provide appropriate documentation.

Professional Conduct

Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor is essential while working on our platform. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct towards clients, co-workers, or the Company will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of your active shifts or access to the app.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies while using our platform. Engaging in any illegal activities or violating any laws will lead to immediate termination of your working shifts and may result in legal action.

Confidentiality

As a gig worker on our platform, you may have access to sensitive information. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of any data you come across while working shifts. Breaching confidentiality may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

Ratings and Reviews

Businesses and gig workers are encouraged to provide honest and accurate ratings and reviews after each shift. Engaging in any form of manipulation or attempting to influence the ratings system unfairly is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform or working shifts at any time and for any reason if you violate these Terms of Service. Termination may occur with or without prior notice.

Job Listings and Contracts

Businesses are responsible for creating job listings and managing the hiring process.
Gig workers are responsible for applying to job listings and negotiating contracts with businesses.
Businesses and gig workers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the job listing and contract.

Payment

Businesses are responsible for paying gig workers for their services as agreed upon in the contract.
Gig workers are responsible for accepting payment from businesses as agreed upon in the contract.
Our service may charge a commission or fee for facilitating the transaction between businesses and gig workers.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes between businesses and gig workers, they are responsible for resolving the matter between themselves.
Our service may provide dispute resolution services, but we are not responsible for the outcome.

User Reviews and Ratings

Businesses and gig workers can provide reviews and ratings of each other based on their experiences.
Our service reserves the right to moderate and remove any reviews or ratings that violate our User Conduct Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by businesses to our service in the past 12 months.
