Shift Attendance
As a gig worker on our platform, you are expected to fulfill your commitments and show up for all scheduled shifts at the designated time and location. Failing to attend a shift without prior notice or a valid reason is a serious violation of our Terms of Service and may lead to disciplinary action.
Protection of Intellectual Property
While using our platform, you may have access to confidential information and intellectual property belonging to the Company or our clients. You must not engage in any actions that could compromise, destroy, or steal such intellectual property. Shift Completion
Once you have accepted a shift, you are obligated to complete it fully without leaving or abandoning it early unless you have a justifiable cause. Professional Conduct
Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor is essential while working on our platform. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct towards clients, co-workers, or the Company will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of your active shifts or access to the app.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies while using our platform. Engaging in any illegal activities or violating any laws will lead to immediate termination of your working shifts and may result in legal action.
Confidentiality

Ratings and Reviews
Businesses and gig workers are encouraged to provide honest and accurate ratings and reviews after each shift. Engaging in any form of manipulation or attempting to influence the ratings system unfairly is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform or working shifts at any time and for any reason if you violate these Terms of Service. Termination may occur with or without prior notice.
Job Listings and Contracts
